Directed by our Chief of Endocrinology, Leonid Poretsky, MD, the Center is to dedicated to multidisciplinary care of patients with Diabetes.

Sleep HealthCenters Affiliation

Partnering with Beth Israel Medical Center, Bringham and Women's Hospital and other institutions, Sleep HealthCenters delivers specialized evaluation and care of sleep disorders.

Beth Israel Medical Group 

 Need your cholesterol or blood pressure checked at 3am? Beth Israel Medical Group's innovative 24 hour/7 days a week clinic. In keeping with Beth Israel's goal of being an innovator in how health care is delivered, we have opened Manhattan's first true 24 hour walk in clinic.  Staffed with physicians around the clock, the clinic offers patients a "middle ground" option when they cannot wait to see their primary care doctor, but don't want to go to an emergency room.  The clinic was recently featured in an article in the New York Times.

Continuum Cancer Centers

Comprehensive and coordinated medical and surgical cancer care, including advanced radiation oncology.  There are many ongoing research trials underway.

StopPain.Org: Beth Israel's Department of Pain Medicine and Palliative Care

Led by Russell K. Portenoy, MD, an international authority who has helped define the speciality, Beth Israel's Department of Pain Medicine and Palliative Care has an outstanding national reputation.  Medicine house staff may do elective rotations on this service and collaborate with facutly on research projects.

Asian Services Program

Responding to the needs of the community, the Asian Services Program at Beth Israel Medical Center strives to understand and meet the needs of our neighbors with specialized, culturally sensitive care.

Latino Health Institute

Provides speciality care to the very large Latino population we serve.  The Institute is dedicated to overcoming cultural related barriers to and disparities in health care.

The Continuum Center for Health and Healing

Offers holistic integrative care options integrated with Primary Care, Women's and Men's Health.  The Center has recieved a grant from the Urban Zen Foundation.
