The Continuum Code of Conduct and How to Report Violations

Every employee has an obligation to report behavior or actions they witness or experience "that appear to" violate the Code of Conduct or the Bad Behavior Policy. Reporting should be done through your appropriate chain of command.
If you are uncomfortable reporting to a superior, you may report apparent violations directly and anonymously via the Continuum Corporate Compliance Hotline at 1-800-692-2353. This number is staffed during working hours and you may also leave an anonymous detailed message after hours.
